Jersey Gyros

In 2023, I had the opportunity to create a custom mural for Jersey Gyros, a restaurant located in New Jersey. The goal for this project was to capture the rich cultural side of Greece while giving the space a fresh, modern feel.

The owner wanted the mural to highlight traditional Greek elements, including the iconic Greek keys, a symbol of unity and eternity deeply rooted in Greek heritage. To bring this vision to life, I designed a piece that blends classic Greek aesthetics with a contemporary twist, making the space feel both timeless and vibrant.

For this project, I used a combination of spray paint and interior paint to create clean lines, bold shapes, and a dynamic finish. I kept the color scheme true to Greek culture, focusing on the traditional blue and white palette that reflects the art, architecture, and spirit of Greece.

The final mural adds a strong sense of cultural identity to the restaurant, making it not just a place to eat but an experience that connects customers to the beauty and history of Greece. It was an exciting project that allowed me to celebrate tradition while introducing a modern artistic style.
