Seven Years is a symbolic urban scene that explores fate, inequality, and superstition. A white house cat gazes quietly from a window as a black stray darts beneath a leaning ladder, a fleeting moment full of tension and meaning.

The white cat, safe inside, symbolizes comfort and stability. In contrast, the black cat represents survival and struggle in an unpredictable world. Their contrast echoes the idea of Yin and Yang: safety versus risk, privilege versus instability.

The title Seven Years nods to superstition and long stretches of misfortune, reflecting how unseen forces shape our lives.

Each print is carefully packaged with a protective sleeve and rigid backing. Now available in signed or unsigned formats.

    • Backing: 80pt (2mm) recycled chipboard — sturdy and warp-resistant

    • Mailer: Kraft 13″ × 18″ rigid mailer with self-sealing closure

    • Mailer: 6.5″ × 4.5″ Stay Flat® white rigid mailer with peel-and-seal flap and tear-strip

 

Shipping & Delivery

  • All prices include standard shipping, with no hidden fees.

    Orders ship via USPS in secure, protective packaging:

    • 4″ × 6″ Postcards: USPS First-Class Mail in rigid mailers

    • 12″ × 16″ Posters: USPS Ground Advantage or First-Class Package with tracking

  • Included with poster prints. Postcard orders may not include tracking unless bundled or upgraded.

  • Please allow 2–3 business days for preparation. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

  • Local orders can be arranged for pickup with adjusted pricing. Contact me before purchase to schedule.

    Note: Pickup orders will not be packaged for shipping but will include protective backing and sleeves.

 

Returns & Refunds

Because prints are made-to-order, returns for personal preference, size, or buyer’s remorse cannot be accepted.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the damaged item and packaging

  • Your name and order number

Once verified, I’ll send a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Local Pickup

All local pickup orders must be inspected at handoff. Once picked up, the sale is final.
